We use high-quality natural fabrics like cotton, georgette, muslin, and modal to ensure comfort and elegance. Each fabric is carefully chosen to enhance the beauty of chikankari embroidery.

 

2. Ordering & Shipping

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the U.S. Stay tuned for updates as we expand!

  • How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately, so modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need any changes.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don’t always work out.     • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. Due to the limited stock of handmade pieces, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement.

To preserve the beauty of your handcrafted chikankari piece, follow these care instructions:

    • Hand Wash or Dry Cleaning: Use cold water and mild detergent. Avoid wringing.
    • Do Not Bleach: Keep away from bleach or harsh chemicals.
    • Do Not Tumble Dry: Air-dry in shade to prevent fabric and embroidery from fading.
    • Steam Press: Recommended for maintaining the fabric's quality.

  • How do I choose the right size?

We provide a detailed size guide with each product. Since our garments are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to email us for assistance.

  • Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order pieces?
