Returns

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels still attached. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for products that are defective or if you received the wrong item.


Condition of Packaging

The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and the item is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong or defective product).
